Senior Reward Manager

My client, an established consumer business and household brand name now has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join their team in Hampshire.

As a Senior Reward Manager you will be supporting the Head of Reward and will have a number of responsibilities including:

- Designing and developing the reward proposition for the organisation
- Reviewing policies and practices and assisting with the overall reward strategy
- Conducting extremal research and benchmarking
- Managing the annual pay and bonus review

We are looking for someone with a strong background in reward who is now ready to take that next step into reward management.
