Job Details
A leading global investment management house is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a period of maternity.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the 2021 Talent Agenda, including engagement, development, inclusion, retention, equity & diversity priorities and objectives
- Partner with the Investment BPs & Talent Management team to assess, define, design and execute multiple development programs for investor talent. Leverage subject matter experts form the wider HR functions as appropriate
- Analyze and present relevant data driven metrics and insights to the business to drive the focus and execution of strategy.
- Ensure development programs and DEI activities in PMG promote connectivity and a One ethos by reinforcing and evolving culture as a key foundation of our success; seeking to increase employee effectiveness
- Collaborate and develop high performing partnerships with the broader HRBP team, Talent, DEI and other internal key relationships critical for success
- Present elements of the PMG talent strategy internally as needed
- Ad hoc projects for the Investments Business Partner team
Requirements:
- Solid generalist HRBP experience, with excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Experience gained in a matrixed organisation ideally within Asset Management or wider financial services
- Experience working across the various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting and talent management
- Collaborative approach with an ability to think critically, logically and analytically
