Learning & Development Partner

A leading International Fintech business based in the City is looking for an L&D Partner on a 6 month FTC.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key learning and organisational development initiatives using digital learning and other modern learning processes.
This is a multifaceted opportunity that requires a forward thinking approach. You should be able to create content and use technologies to enhance the learning experience. You should be technologically savvy and be excited about 'digital learning' and modern methodologies within the learning sphere.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they embark on the roll out of a new LMS and are looking to build out their suite of learning content.

Working in a stand alone position within L&D, you will be the person to put the vision into process and make it reality.
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have worked as an L&D Manager in a small business where you have taken ownership for end to end processes.
