A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading global Professional Services firm in the City as an HR Specialist (Mobility/Immigration). You will be joining a warm and collaborative HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director, and will play a pivotal role in managing the Mobility, Immigration & Specialist HR areas on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for managing the visa process for all new joiners, transfers and visa extensions, and will act as the first point of contact for any queries or issues relating to visa processes/immigration. You will manage requests for visas from the staffing team, and ensure the company are kept compliant under its sponsorship license at all times. You will prepare all immigration documentation for mock audits and proactively close gaps in documentation. You will code all immigration related invoices and will be responsible for keeping the team up to date on any immigration related changes. You will manage the London transfer program, coordinating transfer agreements for all transfer types, you will track all people movements and ensure systems are kept up to date, as well as acting as a point of contact and process expert for transfers generally.

You will also carry out additional duties within the wider HR team, such as managing the whole parental leave life cycle, acting as a point of contact for people movement payroll queries or information, and you will support on keeping the HR system updated with people movement data. You will also support the team collaboratively on other areas of HR during busy periods which may relate to any aspect of the whole employee lifecycle.

For this role you will have experience in either Global Mobility or Transfer Programmes, knowledge of visa and immigration processes for inbound and outbound moves to and from the UK, as well as demonstrable HR expertise. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys a business facing role and working collaboratively with others. You will have a keen eye for detail, and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally HR Systems/databases. You will need to have good time management to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

This role will allow you to take the lead on the management of Mobility/Transfer Programmes for the London office, whilst giving you a broad and varied role within the HR team.
