A well established manufacturing business based in Bradford.
Description
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be working as part of a HR team in a hands on operational HR Manager role where you will be required to get stuck in and hit the ground running in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- First point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Working with stakeholders across the business.
- Coach, guide and up skill managers.
- Being visible on the shop floor as the HR function working closely with the management team.
- Supporting the Head of HR.
Profile
- Is immediately available to start in January
- Have previously worked in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner level role within manufacturing or blue collar.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging manufacturing environment.
- Have practising employment law knowledge.
- Have the ability to hit the ground running and be operational in focus.
Job Offer
- Salary £35-40k per annum
- Fixed term contract approx 6 months
