Customer Service Advisor
Dealing with a number of inbound calls, this is a customer focused position where you will be responsible for speaking to a variety of individual to record information onto the CRM system. You will be dealing with sensitive information so confidentiality and excellent people skills are a key aspect of this role.

Dealing with a high number of inbound calls.
Provide detailed questioning ensure all the relevant information have been received.
Recording all information on the CRM system.
Work in accordance with all GDPR laws.
This role would suit an individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and works very well under pressure to deal with a number of inbound calls.
