Senior HR Advisors (ER Case Work)
Were seeking experienced HR Advisors with a strong background of Employer Relations case work.
We have an opportunity for Senior HR Advisors to join a busy team supporting a variety of divisions/business units with a proactive employer relations case work service.
We are able to offer a permanent & 12 months fixed term contracts
As a Senior HR advisor you will be working as part of a collaborative and experienced HR team who handle a variety of complex employer relations case work.
You will be handling a case load from 10-20 cases at anyone time, majority will be complex ER cases involving the full range of employer relations eg - Grievance, Disciplinary, Dismissal, Absence, AWOL, Performance, Sickness, Long term Sickness, Tribunals, protected characteristics, safeguarding and more...
Were seeking experienced HR Professionals / HR Advisors who have a strong background of handling complex ER case work. Ideally you will have experiences of working within large or complex settings including working with unions, challenging environments.
Level 5 / Level 7 CIPD ideally
In depth knowledge of employment law / employer relations case work experience
Ability to coach/advise managers on best practice employer relations and guidance on policy/procedures
