Profile description:

* Strong technical HR experience particularly around performance management
* Strong Diversity & Inclusiveness experience
* A professionally qualification is desirable. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable
* The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues
* Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you are likely to have:
 Operated at BP level for circa 4 years +

·         Strong technical HR experience particularly around performance management

·         Experience in an EMEA focused role is highly desirable

·         Experience working in a business partnering capacity within consultancy or similar fee earning environment

·         Strong Diversity & Inclusiveness experience

·         A professionally qualification is desirable. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is also desirable

·         The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues

·         Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders

·         Exposure to a professional services / fee earning business environment would be highly desirable
