Description

The role is a real hybrid and hard to pin point all responsibilities as very broad, reporting into a HR Director you will get involved in projects and operational tasks which initially requires major HR set up

  • Setting up HR processes and procedures
  • Writing and updating of policies
  • Setting up all employee technology
  • All HR admin including starters and leavers, issuing of contracts etc.
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Overseeing employee relations issues including sickness/absence, timekeeping or performance related.
  • Performing generalist compliance duties as needed.
  • Providing Office Management services
  • Recruitment

Profile

The successful candidate will have proven experience with international HR, this is a must! You will be hands on, sensible and experienced in your approach, require little hand holding and very professional to deal with a start up size organisation.

You will be reporting into a HR director and have exposure to board.

You will have strong business partnering skills and be comfortable in an ever changing business which is growing all the time!
