Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global financial services firm on a HRIS lead role for a 12-month FTC contract.
Working with SAP SuccessFactors, your role will be to lead a team of four and lead on enhancements and day to day management and budgets relating to the HRIS system and its employee central, recruitment, compensation and LMS system suite. You will be responsible for system maintenance, integration and change management processes. You will manage communication in business relating to the systems, you will manage decisions around system functionality and also lead on data and data processes, ensuring data integrity on employee central.
The successful candidate will have a customer centric approach with a depth of experience across the SuccessFactors suite working in a matrixed, multinational organisation and will have have prior experience of leading team. You will be experienced with employee central, permissions and performance management and prior knowledge working with recruitment, compensation, and time off would also be welcome.
