Our client have undergone a period of restructure to position them for exciting growth. They are currently recruiting an HR Business Partner to support this growth and change. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional seeking a new challenge. You will be at the heart of delivering the people success whilst facilitating the day-to-day HR function. Our client is based in Knutsford.
The key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner are reviewing policies and procedures, implementing new systems, creating and delivering learning and development strategies, driving engagement programmes, assisting with payroll processes and systems, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new starters, inductions, coaching and advising managers, employee relations, talent management and succession planning. The role is based in Knutsford.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Experience at a similar level
- Strong knowledge of the core areas of HR
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships and liaise with people at all levels
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Drive and enthusiasm to bring own ideas to the table
