Head of HR

Tech Start-Up
Central London
My client is a fast paced, tech start-up with aggressive growth plans for the next 24 months. They are looking for an experienced Head of HR to help them on their growth journey and to build a dynamic people function.
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable in driving the People agenda
- Set strategy, design and implement following processes (but not limited to):
- Review and improve following processes:
- Onboarding
- New Starter process
- Performance management
- Annual salary review
- Legal compliance (employee contracts, H&S, policies, etc)
- People calendar and annual comms plan
- Maintain
- Job structure (including job evaluations and benchmarking of salaries)
- Annual and quarterly employee surveys
Key skills/experience:
- Deep knowledge of all areas of HR (Recruitment, Talent Development, Total Reward, Compliance, etc)
- Excellent communications skills, ability to explain People topics succinctly and simply
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation most importantly the Leadership team
- Knowledge of High-Tech industry, preferably of start ups
- Ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
- Self-starter, independent and able to switch easily from strategic to operational work
- Subject matter expert and advisor to not just the Leadership team but the wider organisation
