Central London

My client is a fast paced, tech start-up with aggressive growth plans for the next 24 months. They are looking for an experienced Head of HR to help them on their growth journey and to build a dynamic people function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable in driving the People agenda
  • Set strategy, design and implement following processes (but not limited to):

  • Recruitment (to include agency partnerships, candidate sourcing, initial interviews, offers)
  • Talent Development (to include, training, accreditation, education support, etc)
  • Graduate Programme (partnerships with Universities, agencies, training plans, salary progression, etc)
  • Recognition programme (to include working with internal resources to design a Team platform)
  • DIB&R (to include strategy, training, updates, corporate website, ect)
  • HRIS
  • Integration of all people processes between UK and SK

    • Review and improve following processes:
    • Onboarding
    • New Starter process
    • Performance management
    • Annual salary review
    • Legal compliance (employee contracts, H&S, policies, etc)
    • People calendar and annual comms plan
    • Maintain
    • Job structure (including job evaluations and benchmarking of salaries)
    • Annual and quarterly employee surveys

    Key skills/experience:

    • Deep knowledge of all areas of HR (Recruitment, Talent Development, Total Reward, Compliance, etc)
    • Excellent communications skills, ability to explain People topics succinctly and simply
    • Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation most importantly the Leadership team
    • Knowledge of High-Tech industry, preferably of start ups
    • Ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
    • Self-starter, independent and able to switch easily from strategic to operational work
    • Subject matter expert and advisor to not just the Leadership team but the wider organisation
