Your new company
A global technology and software development brand. Due to continued growth, an interim Recruitment Coordinator is required for an initial scope of 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting into the recruitment lead, based in Guildford, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of the recruitment process across Europe and North America, covering multiple time zones and working practices.
You will lead in ensuring that the interview process is a seamless and enjoyable experience for all candidates by creating a strong brand impact and peerless customer service.

You will be responsible for scheduling all on site (when applicable) and remote interviews for all offices within your remit, being on hand to resolve any last minute changes to process. You will book all travel internationally and produce tailored candidate schedules for each potential employee. As part of the scheduling process you will be liaising with a high volume of managers, each with their own diary commitments that you will need to account for in finding suitable interview slots. Locally, you will be the face of the brand on day 1, completing welcome tours with any new starters.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have impeccable scheduling experience, managing the calendars and expectations of hiring managers internationally on a regular basis. You will put customer service and brand awareness at the forefront of everything you do. You will be a proactive problem solver with a track record of strong organisation skills. You will be familiar with G Suite and setting up remote invites. You will be flexible to match the varying time zones in which you have responsibilities.
