Investigo is partnering a growing Financial Services business in London with the recruitment for an Assistant HR Business Partner for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
The role has been created due to an increased demand in workload and whilst initially a fixed term contract, the client is hopeful it will become permanent.
Reporting to the Head of HR, providing Generalist support to a diverse and demanding client group.
You will be accountable for a broad number of duties including:
- Recruitment
- HR Administration
- Management of HR Policies/Procedures
- L&D
Given the size and client group within the business, Employee Relations is not a focus.

- Recent Experience within Financial/Professional Services Sectors
- Generalist background (NOT ER focused)

This is a fixed term contract and not a daily rate assignment.
