Senior HR Administrator reporting into the Assistant HR Manager; providing high-volume HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, assisting with the monthly payroll processes and ad-hoc HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong HR fundamentals, having worked in an HR Assistant / Administrator capacity, ideally within Financial Services and with exposure to payroll processing (checking salary changes, bonuses, holiday entitlements etc.).
What you'll get in return
A competitive £30,000-£35,000 base + discretionary bonus.
