International Mobility Coordinator
The International Mobility Coordinator will be sat in a team of 4 reporting into the Team Leader. The day to day responsibilities will be heavily focused on managing visas applications, so previous experience (2.5 years) within a Global Mobility team and Visa processing is ESSENTIAL.
The client is a well established and leading player within the Financial Services landscape with an international reach. There are multiple office locations in London, but this role will be based remotely in line with government advice.
During your four months in this role, you will primarily be helping the International Mobility team oversee the immigration process into the UK for all of their employees. You will work closely with all business lines and act as a point on contact for all other UK entities. Due to the Brexit transition period, the firm is expecting an increase in UK visa requests, so a large part of this role will involve ensuring that the client in compliant with UK immigration and managing the visa applications. This role is not advisory driven and will entail administration around visa processing.
The successful candidate with have a MINIMUM of 2.5 years experience within a HR International Mobility team, preferably from a large, international company.
You must be educated to degree level.
You must have sound knowledge of UK Immigration Law and processes.
You must be proficient in Excel.
The candidate must be a team player, have the ability to work remotely and be able to hit the ground running due to the remote set up.
