Recruitment Coordinator (interim)
An exciting and busy opportunity for an experienced, self starting Recruitment/Resourcing Coordinator in Birmingham. You will be joining a small team for a 6 month project supporting them during a busy period and will need to be able to hit the ground running.
- Taking down job briefs and descriptions and writing effective adverts
- Sifting CVs and conducting short telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews
- Managing offers.
- Ensuring the ATS is managed accurately.
We are looking for individuals who have experience all of the above in a fast paced and high volume environment. The ideal candidate will also have the confidence and experience to proactively support all stakeholders. This will mean
- Having strong communication skills and an ability to work autonomously and with resilience
- Recognising where and how stand out candidates should be championed
- Influencing the pace of the recruitment campaigns to ensure successful outcomes
This is a busy role and given current circumstances will require home work (however there is an expectation that the individual will be Midlands based). The right sort of individual is likely to be ambitious and keen to create opportunities to prove their value as a permanent employee.
Salary; £23000 + benefits. Midlands based but with regular work from home.
