HR Business Partner
Our client, Oundle School, is one of the UK's leading co-educational boarding and day schools and has long been associated with the very best of modern independent education.
Employing in the region of 800 staff across a diverse range of disciplines in addition to the academic side, the school values a tailored approach to each of its major functions.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will work closely with line managers and Heads of departments throughout the school, providing operational support and leading on certain strategic implementations.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate in-depth experience of core HR competencies, including gained in the education sector. An understanding of the rigorous standards and recruitment regulations in relation to working with children is essential.
You will be a team player and demonstrate both personal credibility and a high level of integrity. Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills are essential.
