Our client, an Accountancy Practice Firm, is recruiting a Recruitment Manager based at their offices in Sandwich to deal with all aspects of Recruitment over 8 locations, including across Sussex, Kent and London.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager you will be working with the central HR team supporting the HR Director with the complete 360 recruitment process for the company including experienced hires and students.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Line management
- Managing high volumes of recruitment
- Social media ownership
- Advising hiring managers on recruitment methods
- Full budget control
- Management of the PSL
- Managing all assessment days, interviews and testing processes
- General recruitment administration
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you will have experience within internal and agency recruitment in a private sector organisation - ideally within a professional services environment. Ideally you will be available to start at short notice and have some experience of line management.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £35,000 plus 25.5 days holiday, 5% pension contribution, flexible working and excellent high street benefits.
