An interim opportunity for a HR Manager to start in January 2021

A fast paced manufacturing business based in Bradford.

A well established manufacturing business based in Bradford.

Description

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be working as part of a HR team in a hands on operational HR Manager role where you will be required to get stuck in and hit the ground running in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

  • First point of contact for all employee relations matters.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Coach, guide and up skill managers.
  • Being visible on the shop floor as the HR function working closely with the management team.
  • Supporting the Head of HR.

Profile

  • Is immediately available to start in January
  • Have previously worked in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner level role within manufacturing or blue collar.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging manufacturing environment.
  • Have practising employment law knowledge.
  • Have the ability to hit the ground running and be operational in focus.

Job Offer

  • Salary £35-40k per annum
  • Fixed term contract approx 5 months
  • Bradford based
