The Talent Acquisiton Manager will be responsible for creating, shaping and managing the TA function.

The roles of Talent Acquisition Manager will involve:

- Creating the talent acquisition function from scratch

- Working with the SLT to develop and implement the TA strategy

- Managing the ATS system

- Line managing a TA Co-ordinator

- Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Supporting candidates and lines managers through the whole hiring process

- Collaborating with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process


The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Acquisition Manager will:

- Be an experienced in-house TA Manager from a Medical Communications / Pharma / Digital Agency background

- Have experience of creating a TA function

- Be passionate about delivering a seemless, effective recruitment process

- Have exceptional communication skills

- Be proficient in social media and job boards

- Have the ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

£50,000 + comprehensive package
