This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join a small, yet developing organisation to establish a Business Partnering function.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role are to drive a HR Business Partner model and way of working across the organisation, whilst managing a small team. Other responsibilities include:

Provide high level operational HR focus and direction for the Corporate departments Provide a UK wide quality generalist HR service across the business, and work with a wide range of stakeholders. Management/development & review of people policies & procedures and provision of complex employment legislation and employee relations support and advice Management and development of key focus areas such as Well-being, Engagement & Diversity

Please note, this role is currently home-based however when travel is permitted there is long-term expectations of being able to travel between Sheffield and Newcastle a couple of times per week.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* MCIPD/degree level or equivalent - essential
*

Experience establishing a Business Partner approach from scratch.
* NHS experience
*

Experience of dealing with protected terms under TUPE /good knowledge of TUPE legislation and consultation requirements
*

Knowledge of NHS AFC terms and conditions
*

Previous team leadership experience
*

Experience establishing a new normal in terms of working practices and activities such as agile working.
*

Experienced in Organisation Design including beginning to end management of processes and communications.
*

Successful third-party supplier management experience
*

Experienced in resource planning and recruitment

Job Offer

Salary range between £43,000 - £45,000 depending on experience +additional benefits
