The business provide a diverse range of services to large businesses and Public Sector clients. They provide food, catering and facilities management solutions. The business is based in Leeds City Centre.
Description
- The Temporary Employee Relations Administrator will be responsible for the below:
- Provide a helpful, highly responsive, efficient and customer friendly ER Administration service to all stakeholders, ensuring all Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met/exceeded in order to continually improve the level of customer service and reduce the number of matters awaiting resolution
- Provide administrative support for drafting and preparing correspondence pertinent to all Employee Relations processes
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, up to date and comply with all General Data Protection Regulation and Company specific requirements
- Provide administrative support for TUPE data gathering, mobilizations and to support new business and change projects, including collation of redundancy calculations
- Support with efficient service delivery, including management of the Occupational Health and Printing portal, as well as managing ER correspondence within PeopleCentre
- PeopleCentre
- Ensure ER team queries and requests are responded to efficiently, accurately and in accordance with PeopleCentre standards
- Ensure Data is inputted accurately into PeopleCentre Systems and kept up to date with accurate information
- Ensure all tasks and interactions related to delivering the service are completed according to the principles & practice detailed within the Information Security Policy and any other additional security requirements for specific customer groups
Profile
The successful Temporary Employee Relations Administrator will have or be:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Key in eye for detail
- Excellent time keeping
- Proficient on Microsoft programmes
- Excellent communication skills
