HR Business Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Salary £40,000 to £43,000 pro rata. Based High Wycombe

Your new role
As part of the wider HR team you will manage all the ER casework across the HR function and support and run HR projects that are planned throughout this year. The projects will be mainly benefits and wellHR Business Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Salary £40,000 to £43,000 pro rata. Based High Wycombe being related so there will be a need to update and post communications and information on the intranet, so a good working knowledge of systems will be needed.
In addition you will also resolve ER queries , assisting and supporting Managers throughout the process.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally level 5 CIPD qualified, you'll be an experienced HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations experience and a true Business Partner approach collaborating closely with Managers and key stakeholders
