HR Project & Improvement Lead
Your new company
Hays Human Resources are currently working with this leading logistics organisation to recruit a HR Project & Improvement Lead. A new post to the organisation following a restructure, this is initially offered on a 6-9 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
You will be managing as small team that work closely with the People Services team to identify and implement process and continuous improvement. You will link the way in which the team operate, the systems they use and lead on projects to improve efficiency's and ensure the HR team are providing the very best service to employees.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Project lead who has a track record in scoping and delivering change initiatives. Experience of working with Oracle would also be advantageous.

As this role is remote based, location is not an issue as long as you are happy to occasionally travel to one of their sites.
