Your new company
This large education organisation based in Birmingham is looking to bring on board a new HR Assistant due to high demand and how busy they have been in recent times. They are looking for some body who is switched on, good at working in a large fast paced team and happy to get stuck in to this varied HR role then this could be the right fit for you!

Your new role
This role will be key in providing support for the wider HR team from the HR Director to the Advisors in the team you will be involved in streamlining HR processes, assisting with recruitment, monitoring sickness/absences, helping with any people management issues.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to show a passion for HR and keen to provide a first class high quality HR service. You will be highly motivated and want to be part of a fast paced ambitious team. You will need some experience working in a HR department previously, be able to start as soon as possible and ideally have worked for the education sector previously.
