Job Details

An amazing opportunity has arisen at a market-leading, international financial services firm, based in London. You will be joining on an 18 month contract as a Benefits Consultant/Project Manager, and will play a pivotal role in managing a full review of the UK flexible benefits offering for the firm. You will report directly to the Benefits Director, and work closely with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the business as well as managing relationships with external providers & vendors.

The existing flexible benefits platform has been in place for some time, so a whole-scale review of the provision is needed. You will undertake this detailed review of the current flexible benefits platform and measure this against the desired platform capabilities. You will work with the team to create a detailed project plan for this review and for the implementation of resulting changes. You will ensure a detailed issue log and tracker are created and maintained throughout the process. You will ensure all project team members are aware of their responsibilities and keep them on track. You will manage third party stakeholders surrounding the project including planning/delivery and cost related issues. You will exercise your project management expertise and ensure the project is managed in line with deadlines, and create a detailed plan for colleagues to ensure changes are communicated clearly and implemented successfully.

You will be a Benefits Professional with a proven track record of managing flexible benefits and flexible benefits platforms. You will have ideally been through the implementation or review process of a new flexible benefits platform previously, and have demonstrable project planning & management expertise. You will have experience of the Darwin platform, and ideally experience working on the HR System Oracle too. You will be proficient in MS Office and have prior experience carrying out reporting. You will have a strong working knowledge of UK benefits including tax handling and legislation. Excellent communication skills are a must in this role, as you will be liaising with both internal & external stakeholders on a frequent basis.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the growth of a successful global organisation who promotes work/life balance, development opportunities and one that fosters a great company culture. The salary is negotiable and will be dependent upon experience. For more information about this fantastic opportunity, please get in touch and apply today!
