A large, public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire has a number of temporary HR Assistant jobs available, working from home!
Your new role
Supporting the central HR shared services team, you will be providing generalist HR assistance during a very busy period. You will be working on all employee lifecycle processes and procedures, as well as supporting them following a busy recruitment campaign with all onboarding and induction activities.
What you'll need to succeed
This HR Assistant job requires previous HR experience, as you will be working in a fast paced and very busy HR department. If you have a HR degree, or have HR Administration experience, this will also be considered. You will have excellent IT skills, able to pick up the new HRIS system quickly, and work with high levels of accuracy when processing confidential HR and employee information. It requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience of using Microsoft Outlook and Teams professionally.
What you'll get in return
This temporary HR Assistant job is to cover a project for approximately 6 months, however it may run on until September 2021. It is very convenient, fully working from home, and a laptop will be provided. The hourly rate is very generous and also includes generous holiday pay. You will be working alongside a 'buddy' who will provide full support and guidance throughout the assignment.
