Your new role
As Interim People and Culture Manager you will report to the HR Director and manage the day to day HR operations for the UK, Middle East and US. Line managing a team of 4 you will also collaborate with other HR leads in other countries to roll out global projects and initiatives. Your generalist remit will include ER, Learning and Development, Recruitment, HRIS and reporting as well as updating policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have experience of supporting an international population within an Engineering/Construction business. Having worked as part of a small global team you will have a passion for line management and the development of others. You will be a strong generalist with proven ER experience. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to the duration of the contract.

What you'll get in return
The company will offer remote working for the duration of the Covid period. For the right person, this could become a permanent position.
