Resourcing Team Leader
Resourcing Team Leader needed for 6 Month Contract based in Luton MUST have NHS HR systems experience.

Your new role
As the Resourcing Team Leader, you will be managing the performance and development of direct reports, while setting and managing appropriate performance standards. You'll work collaboratively with team members across the People & Culture Directorate, ensuring delivery of a comprehensive People & Culture Service. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders (Managers, Business Partners), advising on workforce and resource planning. An essential part of the wider resourcing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is accurate and of a high quality, while meeting or exceeding predetermined deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an existing Resourcing Team Leader or Officer with NHS experience, who can hit the ground running and help ensure this busy team continues to move at pace. Exceptional communication skills will be needed to manage relationships with various senior stakeholders. You'll be comfortable managing a diverse workload and adhering to deadlines will be second nature. You will have extensive experience with TRAC, NHS jobs and ESR platforms.
