Talent Acquisition Partner - Field based covering Midlands and North

* This is a regional role so you will be field based three days a week across multiple locations in the Midlands and North*

A permanent Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity reporting to the UK Talent Acquisition Lead. This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with the business to gain strong understanding of their requirements. The successful candidate will be used to working a range of roles at varying levels of seniority.

Our client is looking for a TA Partner who has proven experience working across multiple sites in the UK and an individual who has proven career history recruiting difficult and challenging job openings.

Experience of individual:

Proven background to both source and attract diverse candidates

Possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence a stakeholder group

This role will report to the TA lead and will require support on group wide improvement processes such as Workday optimisation and delivery of candidate management experiences.
