A great long-term (14 months) interim role is now available at an International law firm for a Reward Manager to join and help advise on refining reward delivery as well as ensuring year end pay review lands. Reporting into the Head of HR and managing a small Reward & Payroll team, you will use your broad compensation & benefits experience to ensure the firm remains compliant with SRA, HMRC regulations and continues to offer a best in class reward service. Duties outside of the year end pay round will be to help collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Director to scope, design and implement the firm's employee reward strategy, manage and deliver compensation projects and employee incentive plans. Project manage the annual salary review process for the UK firm, including production of Business Unit related reports and coaching the HRBP community on reward communications, working with the payroll team to process reward changes. You will be responsible for bench-marking of UK salaries and making recommendations to the Head of HR on any changes/trends and offering advice and guidance where appropriate on general reward topics. You will be expected to share your knowledge and technical skills in coaching HRBP's and the wider People Team on reward concepts. Whilst the majority of the benefits provision for the firm is already allocated, this role will also provide expert guidance on Pension matters, playing a key part in the oversight and compliance of the firm's pension scheme. Ensuring that the firm meets its legislative obligations through market insight and analysis, identifying risks to the firm in relation to its competitive position.

As a result the firm is looking to meet either Senior Reward Analysts who are looking for their first step up into a management level role, or experienced Reward Managers who are looking for a long-term contract, or who are looking to return following a career break/sabbatical.
