Senior People Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People Business Partner to join a global FinTech organisation and support a key group of senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level. The role will report into a Global HR Director and work closely with the CPO on strategic and commercial projects.

The People Business Partner will provide a proactive and creative service to their client group and will be responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities to improve capability and performance. They will support the business strategy around people and the development of internal resources and will work closely with stakeholders and the wider People team to identify capability gaps and develop effective performance driving initiatives. The People Partner will also support in driving culture and organisational change projects whilst supporting the client group with a wide range of projects around organisational effectiveness and design, capability and delivery of talent management activities. The People Business Partner will also be responsible for management and complex employee relations issues alongside management and leadership.

The Senior People Partner will have demonstrable experience operating as a commercial and strategic partner within a global matrix environment. They will be comfortable partnering at a senior level and driving change and transformation. Experience patnering within a technology or software environment will be highly advantageous.
