Customer Service Advisor
The Successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for dealing with all customer service inbound calls and queries, making sure they are done to the highest standard.
Our Client is a leading provider within the Retail Industry, based in Manchester. They Design, source and create own- range and branded fashion and homewares.
The Customer Service Advisor will ensure all queries are dealt with correctly, within a timely manner and to the expected standard. You will need to be enthusiastic, driven and have a can- do attitude!
The Customer service Advisor will have/be:
- Previous customer service experience
- Able to work towards targets and KPI's
- IT skills
- Work well within a face paced environment
Immediate Start + 4 Month Contract + £9- £10+ p/h
