Our client is looking for an HR generalist to join their people focused HR team working part-time - 30 hours per week (as long as this includes a Friday you can specify the hours).
For the foreseeable future you will be working from home and going forward there is a flexible working policy in place.
You will support certain areas of the organisation and will work closely with your stakeholders building strong working relationships ensuring you and the HR team are involved in the organisation as a whole.
In addition to your technical HR expertise you must have experience of (and enjoy!) coaching and influencing to help develop people management skills.
- Are a true HR generalist – ideally CIPD qualified.
- Have a proactive approach.
- Can demonstrate first class communication skills.
