Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global retail bank on 12 month FTC HR Business Partner- Change & Transformation Programme. Salary circa £75,000-80,000. During this a 9-month contract role, you'll work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive change and transformation programmes within Retail. Snapshot of duties Working with business stakeholders to plan, execute and deliver change and transformation programmes in Retail and Business Banking.Being the HR BP lead for Union engagement associated to these change and transformation programmes.Working closely with Areas of Expertise across HR, coordinating their involvement in contributing to the success of the change programmes.Keeping stakeholders engaged with progress.Co-ordinating and leading governance as required and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The role will suit somebody with previous experience of delivering sophisticated change and transformation in high volume business areas and matrix organisations. Experience of managing and leading the people streams of complex change and transformation programmes. A good working knowledge of TUPE would be desirable. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, up to and including EXCO Director level.
