An engaging Admin Service Centre Manager to join a Top 10 Consultancy in a UK wide role - Southampton.

As a key division within the business, you will provide support to areas like Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Communication, Facility Management and more, coordinating efforts and securing common ground for the development and servicing of clients / markets.
Your new role
This role will manage the new Administration Services Team for the UK, reporting into the UK Finance Director, you will provide day to day operational management across the UK markets and 15 locations, to provide administration support services comprising Project & Operational Support Team, Office Management Team, Document Production Team, and Document Control Team.
As Admin Service Centre Manager, you will ensure that workflow is planned effectively and efficiently, and that a high quality of service is provided in a timely manner. Key to the role is continuous improvement of process and services to ensure support for internal and external customers meets changing and fluid business needs and ensuring development of best practices. As the role develops, you will identify, develop and support opportunities including working with global programmes of change.
This role can be based out of the Southampton Office, but does have a UK wide remit across 15 sites, so travel to other locations will be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have strong demonstratable experience in an administration management role, with a critical focus on the management of customer operations and/or service delivery.
The business have someone in post on a temporary basis till 22nd January, but they are keen to make the right permanent appointment as soon as possible. The current holder of this role is a former Head of HR Shared Services who has managed / led teams across both the public and private sector, but the company are flexible on your background if you possess the right experience as above.
