HRBP - Birmingham or Leeds (FTC)
FTC - 12 months
£50,000 - £65,000 + bens
Working within Professional Services, this role will be responsible for all generalist operational HR matters for approximately half of the firm's fee earning and divisions. It will also assume responsibility for leading and delivering key strategic HR projects as well as day to day management of a small team
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role within a legal or professional services firm. It is essential that you have generalist HR Business Partnering experience with strong knowledge of ER and proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders. Ideally experience of overseeing the compensation and benefits processes too
