The Client is a Leading Manufacturing business in Wigan, they are a large client with a large turn around of goods.
- Managing the Customer Service team
- Customer Service Strategy
- Collaborative Relationships - with both internal and external customers. Internally - actively manage the relationship between Customers, Commercial Teams, Supply Planning and Demand Planning.
- Order to Cash process
- Team Performance
- Achivement of KPI's
- End of year reporting
- Supply Chain projects
