Customer Service Manager, someone from a growth mind set who can come in and manage a buzzing Customer Service Team.

The role will be varied and have the opportunity to get involved in processes, structure and money saving initatives

Client Details

The Client is a Leading Manufacturing business in Wigan, they are a large client with a large turn around of goods.

Description

  • Managing the Customer Service team
  • Customer Service Strategy
  • Collaborative Relationships - with both internal and external customers. Internally - actively manage the relationship between Customers, Commercial Teams, Supply Planning and Demand Planning.
  • Order to Cash process
  • Team Performance
  • Achivement of KPI's
  • End of year reporting
  • Supply Chain projects
