This is a full time and permanent role initially working from home, but eventually working from their offices in Leeds.
The role reports to the L&D Manager and you will work as part of a team responsible for training new starters in groups or on a one to one basis depending on the needs of the training. You will predominantly deliver training which the business write themselves to customer services employees, however, you will have the ability to contribute to writing content and bring ideas to the table.
The role will involve delivering training via e-learning and video whilst working from home and will involve training on customer services, processes, policies and financial/ legal services.
This role requires the right candidate to have a strong training background delivering training.
Ideally you will have worked in a legal/ professional services or regulated financial services environment, but that is not essential.
