A stand-alone opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a not for profit organisation in Oxfordshire

Your new company
You will be joining an organisation who are the national governing body within their industry, with circa 70 employees and 50,000 members, the time has come for the organisation to invest in their first ever dedicated HR Manager.

This is a very exciting time to join the company as they have just moved into Oxfordshire and will (hopefully very soon) be able to make use of their brand new office space in a sought after location. It is likely you will initially be on boarded into this role remotely, but as soon as government guidelines permit travel to offices, you will be able to make use of the fantastic space.

Your new role
As a starting point, there is a clear vision of what the first 12 months of this role look like. You will begin to set up the HR function with the support of the senior leaders. This will include putting in place processes, policies and systems along with some change management project work. You will then go on to provide a full 360 degree of HR operational support to both the senior leadership team and the employees of the organisation focusing on developing a high performance culture, ongoing learning and coaching and creating dedicated career path frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an approachable, credible HR expert who remains calm under pressure and who can demonstrate a wealth of HR knowledge when it comes to supporting staff and managers. You will have experience of working in a stand-alone capacity and must have a solid HR operational background. Some exposure to strategic HR would be an advantage, but is not essential for this role.

What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work for a company who truly value HR and want you to have a voice in key decision making processes. The organisation offer a very competitive pension scheme, private healthcare and will be embracing flexible working moving forwards.
