Recruitment Manager vacancy has arisen on a full time and permanent basis for a client based in Sheffield.
Care sector organisation with a northern presence
Reporting into the MD you will work closely with HR and manage a Recruitment Administrator. The role is full time on site and is a full time and permanent position.
You will be responsible for end to end recruitment of a mix of positions to include office based roles, however, the main focus of your work will be on care sector positions and these can often be high volume roles. In addition to managing end to end recruitment, you will work closely with the management team in terms of advising on talent pools, recruitment strategy for the year, you will pipeline and forecast recruitment and manage budgets.
The role will work closely with key stakeholders and in particularly HR.
You will have strong recruitment experience and be comfortable with end to end recruitment.
Whist you dont have to have recruited in the social care space, an ability to recruit high turnover, quick turnaround volume roles is essential.
