I am working with a leading financial services institution on Global Mobility Tax Associate role on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Global Mobility and working closely with the Reward team, your role will primarily be involved in the international income tax and cross-border compensation aspects of Global Mobility ensuring tax and social security compliance relating to international assignments, transfers, cross-border employees, remote workers and business travellers.

Day to day your role will be focused around International assignees, transferees, cross-border employees and remote workers to prepare and review assignment packages, cost projections and assignment letters, manage the Group's tax provider to deliver advice on ad hoc international income tax and social security related queries and own the annual income tax return process. for business travellers you will agree and implement a global business traveller solution focusing primarily on the individual tax and social security compliance and design and implement the necessary internal processes to manage all regulatory requirements related to Posted Worker Directive.

In terms of prior experience, you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in expatriate tax compliance, international payroll and year-end reporting, with at least one year in an in-house Global Mobility related role. Alongside this you will have strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex tax issues both orally and in writing and to translate this into effective and pragmatic advice and a strong sense of ownership of work with a level of agility to address business needs and ability to work to tight or variable deadlines across multiple geographies and time zones.
