The role is a full time home working position for a marketing business in Leeds city centre who need some extra support owing to a busy workload.

Working from home and as part of a team, you will be responsible for resourcing all interim/ contract positions within the business. Most positions are technical marketing/ digital positions on day rate, however, someone with a good recruitment background will pick it up quickly. The role will involve identifying what opportunities the business has from regular meetings and advertising these positions and going out to market to find the right candidates for the roles. You will advertise, source, screen and arrange interviews for candidates working closely with hiring managers, HR and your colleagues.
You will manage all recruitment administration, keep candidates up to date on the recruitment process and ensure that candidates are compliant. You will ensure that the database is kept up to date and cleansed.
Available with immediate affect to fulfil a 2-3 month FTC.
You will have resourcing/ recruitment experience
