Strategic / Project Orientated HRBP

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Organisation with a base in Cirencester to recruit a strategically focused and experienced project orientated HRBP initially for 6 months to start ASAP. It's likely this role will be extended for a further 6 months. The Client is very flexible for the right person, be that full-time, 4 days per week or even hours to work around child / care provisions. The role for the time being will be home based.

The Strategic HR Business Partner will be responsible for helping to deliver the people strategy across the organisation. You will provide strategic leadership to help drive the delivery of the HR plans, using your experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as reward and recognition, performance management, organisational design, succession planning, talent and career development, and HR analytics. You will work with the Head of HR to design, deliver and implement new programmes and initiatives in support of the strategy, assist in developing the HR team through sharing of knowledge, expertise and ideas and support the Leadership and Management Team across the business on organisational structure and design.

We are looking for a true generalist who is ideally fully CIPD qualified, with a sound understanding of the many different responsibilities of the HR function. You will possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with external contacts, have a hands-on approach with a good work ethic, well presented with a confident, professional personality with the flexibility and maturity to manage your own time and workload. You will be experienced in a leadership position, either as a HR business partner in another organisation, or as an HR manager combined with demonstrable relationship management experience at all levels and experience of development and implementation of people plans.
