This role is extremely varied and will encompass all area's of HR, with dual reporting lines into the Senior HRBP but also Talent & Development Manager, no two days in this role will be the same!

A generalist HR role where the HR Administrator will get involved in all area's of HR, from on-boarding and inducting new starters to preparing payroll information, to coordinating training, responding to queries & even getting involved in low level ER.
This ideal role is perfect for a HR graduate with some form of work experience in HR looking for their first permanent role.
The successful candidate will have studied HR at University or have a related degree and be interested in studying for their CIPD in the future.
Prior HR experience is essential ideally 6-12 months gained from a fast paced industry within the private sector.
