Join Ambitious about Autism as ED&I and People Business Partner and you will play a leading role in developing and implementing an organisational wide EDI strategy.

To support our continued commitment to valuing difference and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) we are recruiting for a value driven ED&I Business partner. You will play an integral role in supporting the People team in developing and implementing an organisational wide EDI strategy and plan to improve equality, diversity and inclusion in our workplace.

We are looking for some who will:

  • Develop and implement a new strategy
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive change
  • Review and evaluate the outcomes of the EDI key objectives
  • Translate EDI activities into the organisations policies.

You will join an ambitious and dedicated People team on a one year fixed term contract, initially on a remote basis during covid-19 with occasional travel to our sites.
