This a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading professional services business based in Leeds as their Internal Resourcer. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will work as part of a team managing the resourcing across a number of different business divisions which will add variety to what you will be recruiting.
You will source candidates for positions and share candidates/ talent pools with the Recruitment Consultants who you will be supporting. You will be responsible for creating adverts, manage branding and social media accounts in a bid to attract the best talent on the market. You will be manage the talent pools- keeping in touch with candidates on the market and applicants and you will ensure the database is kept up to date.
The ideal candidate will have internal resourcing experience and be looking for an opportunity in a 180 resourcing position.
Permanent full time position (37.5 hours a week)
Salary up to £28,000
