Employee engagement and communication

People and performance

Employee relations

Employee data management

Coaching and supporting leadership teams to improve business efficiencies and deliver the HR agenda

You must thrive working at a fast-pace in a commercial, complex and challenging environment, be flexible, hands-on and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and spending time on the shopfloor to help develop your knowledge and raise the profile of HR in the business. Your technical HR expertise will be unquestionable, and you will be used to working closely with stakeholders, value the importance of 'team' and foster excellent communication and collaborative ways of working, to ensure a real high-performance culture.
